What I will say that in future take screen shot once in mid of battle when fund is high & your score is good. That's the only option. This thing I personally do. I had similar experience of foul play discovered (I know it was due to lag. I was on slow connection) in mid of battle & I was out from battle & unable to re-enter as some one else took my place.

ELIEZER10 , I also face this problem in my other PC. What I found is if you reduce the size of screen (using - Key) then fps goes fine. Though it will not completely solve fps problem but still game is playable.

Don't worry... Help is also not on #1. Its just a reference number.

Ticket means complaint number. If you write again about the issue it will be of no use as you have already registered complaint. So wait for their response. Also, ticket number is your queue number in complaints.

If you notice that staff paints have no protection. About others, they have protection, but that even Staff also can't take as it has to be earned by winning only. So just to take feel of how tank looks I think tanki viewer is good enough.
