Yeah, that's what was happening to me as well, the rest were cropped by the browser for whatever reason.

I would have to say yes, as long as the work is of high enough quality, even if it only takes him 12 minutes at most to make a piece, he's still only charging 25 euros per hour. If he truly produces professional quality content, I personally don't think that's a bad price.
