This is just asking for voter fraud and one person/his army of accounts deciding the future for Tanki. That's not good. Tanki will never move in the right direction that way. It will always be stuck because that's what some people and their army of mults want.

I don't know what to say. Does anyone have any information about the reload speed of the Freeze? How much faster is the M2 Freeze reload speed than the M1? Apparently it's not on the weapons stats page anymore...why did they remove it?

You are a part of the community. Without buying? Good luck saving for one when the average battle nets your rank around ~50 crystals, not including gold boxes. Yes, a lot of people have thought of that. And it would be a good point if it wasn't overshadowed by the fact that product kits have outright destroyed fair gameplay for non-buyers. You can count. I'm so proud of you.
-
Why are you mad? Why can't you just accept that not everyone is a voracious buyer and drugger like you? Guess what, now you know how non-buyers feel when every battle is dominated by druggers. Feel the wrath of fair play! Today is a glorious day.
-
I would...if I could understand that jumble of letters you call English. But what I get from your comment is that buyers aren't everything, non-buyers also help the game. But that was already said in the main post. My point was that, sure, developers are helping non-buyers as well as buyers, but they help buyers in a much bigger way, so that gameplay is negatively affected.
-
Simply put, it's all in the name of finance... This is all mainly a plea and an incentive to get buyers to spend even more for product kits, even if it completely destroys gameplay, even if it is completely unfair to players who do not obviously have nearly enough to buy product kits. It would be much better if the product kits did not endorse cheating, that is, giving the players weapons and tanks before they can actually purchase them.

Where are the new physics, micro-upgrades and other promised goodies
Aerakin replied to semyonkirov in News Archive
Maybe the surprise is "you can use crystals to buy a 100% chance at getting a micro-upgrade" But I'm just being pessimistic. Who knows what they have in store for us.......... -
Product kits do not support your argument. Honestly, if developers cared as greatly about non-buyers as they said they are, they would try to reduce the great rift between buyers and non-buyers. Currently if a team has even ONE buyer on their team, the other team can just sit down and kiss the fund goodbye. A lieutenant with Isida M1 and Hornet M1 doesn't stand a chance against a Lieutenant with Thunder M2 and Mammoth M2. I understand that people who buy help support development, but you don't have to utterly destroy gameplay just to make buyers feel good about themselves; give them other reasons besides making the non-buyers cry.

Where are the new physics, micro-upgrades and other promised goodies

In this case, technical issues is merely a catch-all term for "we could do this, but there's no benefit, so what would be the point?" I've seen plenty of online games use technical issues as an excuse to screw the customer, and do you want to know what happened to those sites? You don't want to know what happened to those sites. -
Several options: A. They win competitions B.They are staff who get paid a fair chunk of crystals C. They sit and grind for 24 hours a day (but even then I doubt they will have enough) D. They refer a metric ton of friends E. They cheated Haha, no.
-
I'm going to keep this short...crystal income is reduced to a trickle. With recent updates this game has become less about fun and more about constant, constant grinding in the hopes that you crack and purchase crystals. This is all calculated very very carefully by development (financial professionals), remind you.

Where are the new physics, micro-upgrades and other promised goodies
Aerakin replied to semyonkirov in News Archive
Their reason is that only the physics are being changed, not the actual "stats" of the weapons, and even if they did, the refund wouldn't happen because it is much harder to do so with the new system(strange because then they surely must created it like that). Really, any reason not to give you your crystals back. Ever. -
I'm trying to understand what you just said... First I'd just like to point out that even though the forum IS 16+, the actual game itself is only 6+. And second, no, you cannot tell us that we MUST spend money on a game that is advertised as FREE to play. Just because not everyone spends money doesn't make them whiners. You are so full of yourself I can hardly even articulate it. I'm pretty sure Tanki doesn't rely on everyone to pay money in order to survive; the rich few that donate heavily are quite enough I should say.
-
It's happened to a lot of high rankers in the past, especially people who sabotaged/multed, but also a lot of innocent people were affected too...Luckily most of them get their items back after some proof. But yeah, it's quite easy for you to lose all of your expensive goodies-- with just a few keystrokes hundreds of dollars can suddenly disappear. Scary isn't it.

Why sometimes when a enemy use druggs you dont see the icons up?
Aerakin replied to Buggati_The_Best in Archive
When you first join a battle, you don't see any drug icons if anyone is currently drugging when you join. But the next time they drug, you CAN see the icons. It's a well known and very annoying bug,I hope they fix it soon. -
In short, players should never be allowed to use money to buy weapons that they shouldn't legally be allowed to obtain. It's a cheap(notreally) tactic. It completely destroys any chance of fair battle. Hardly anyone but major buyers agrees with these changes. And that's why it either needs to be heavily reformed or just removed completely.
-
Not to be a party-pooper, but you aren't really guaranteed to keep what you buy forever. Remember that in the End User License Agreement they state that they can modify your account at their discretion without any warning or refund, since you voluntarily donated money for new items, and it's completely legal... Not that I agree with any cruel actions of that kind, just don't forget that these legalities actually exist.
-
You'd think that with the 10x update people would be using less drugs since it costs even more and crystal income is hardly a trickle...but it seems that's not the case. Even at my rank a good 50% of battles there is always a chronic drugger..as if they are in the test server or something. Maddening. Supplies kits make it even easier to "feed the beast" too.
-
This was in a game with sergeants. SERGEANTS. How are they supposed to compete with that?
-
Of course he does not criticize, since he is paid many thousands of crystals by the very men he defends so vehemently. He cannot sympathize with us, at least not this way. I honestly doubt crystal prices affect those who aren't in want of crystals. However, for those who do pay money for crystals notice that the price HAS gone up per crystal, it is just denied by a majority of the paid employees here. See the problem?

Where are the new physics, micro-upgrades and other promised goodies
Aerakin replied to semyonkirov in News Archive
"Technical limitations" without providing specific examples for exactly why it is impossible to redistribute crystals (which SHOULD be possible in a game that they made!) sounds like sheer avoidance of the problem to me. I hope I'm not the only one who is angry about all of this beating around the bush.... Anyways, besides all the excuse making, I'm pretty excited for what the future holds. Maybe the game might be a little more fun with new physics and micro-upgrades in place. Maybe. -
This update would be much less negatively received if it didn't allow Lieutenants to have Inferno, Emerald, Prodigi, and other things waaay beyond their normal rank. I think that the "rank limit bypass" should be removed overall, and make it so you must have the rank of the items within the bundle to purchase said bundle. Does that make sense?
-
Basically, he is patting non-buyers on the head saying "don't worry, we didn't forget about you either" and then creating new features that are either not useful(oh look! fog! particles!), create great controversy and loss of playerbase(rebalance, for example), or cost a ridiculous sum of money anyways(10x update, micro-upgrades, rebalance, et al). Not saying I'm not grateful that we are even acknowledged at all..I know plenty of games who completely ignore the non-buyer players as simple publicity assets and cater solely to buyers.
-
Now look at what you've done this time, Tanki. One more reason to never battle with players who have higher rank. The nail in the coffin for this update was giving players with deep wallets the ability to buy weapons before anyone else could...this system is corrupted. Now buyers and druggers run rampant more than ever before. Any balance is pretty much dead at this point. All in the name of finance I suppose, but it would have been even more financially wise to please the much larger non-buyer playerbase, rather than cater to the small percentage of rich players(who will pretty much be the only ones remaining after a few years[but I don't suppose that's a problem for you]). For example, making it so you can only buy packages if you meet the rank requirement of the items included in the package. But now, you've only fed the players who are driving everyone else away. It's a wonder many people continue to consider this completely imbalanced atrocity "fun." This reminds me of when Marshals could fight with Corporals, that is pretty much how dangerous this update is to gameplay.

You can't, but the admins can disable them if you ask them really, really meanly.
