Maybe Twins IS the safer bet. :ph34r: Considering I already have a medium and heavy hull, maybe the other hulls could wait a little longer, and the module would be more useful, against those pesky M4 Thunders. So now it's a choice between two OP turrets, Twins and Magnum. Looks like I'll have to torture myself with the decision for the next week...until I ultimately make a last-minute purchase. ^_^ Well thanks again. Merry Christmas!

I guess this is the new normal for Tanki holidays: special maps are drugged DM only. Also the fact that the special missions will (more than likely) require us to play in this mode? With ~260K, and assuming a 50% sale this year, I can buy TWO of the following: Magnum M3 Twins M3 Viking M3 Titan M3 Kodiak T-F Module (against Rail, Thunder, Rico) ...along with some MUs. Weighing each choice: Magnum: We all see how it performs in battle - it's way too OP and I've had plenty of training with it in smaller accounts. My fear is that soon after I buy it they'll nerf it to the ground like they've done with 80% of my equipment. <_< Twins: Almost same situation as Magnum. Despite all the protections against it, I've used it in another account and it still does fairly well in almost any battle...when coupled with a medium hull, the m1 alt, and drugs. Viking: I already have Hunter at 11/20. But it feels like crystals wasted ever since they made Viking both stronger AND faster than Hunter. (don't use the weight/pushing power excuse, it is useless in most situations except for golds, and I'm not a gold hunter) Should I just get this with a few MUs and join the bandwagon? :P Titan: I already have M3 Mammoth but it's barely at 5/20. But it's essentially the same situation as Hunter. The recent updates were not nice to Mammoth, not at all. :( I already have Titan at M2 so maybe the next logical thing is to complete it to M3. Most of my weapons will also pair nicely with this hull. Kodiak T-F: Against Rail, Thunder, and Rico. And I hate all three of these guns with the passion of 1,000 M4 Firebirds. Enough said. So like I said, I have enough crystals to pick 2 of any of the above, along with some MUs. Have a look at my profile if you have any suggestions.

Any plans to soon remove the mult bait that is "collect speed boost/damage/armor box" missions? Crystal boxes were removed because people camped for them, and here you have missions asking for the same thing. On top of that, they are annoying to complete when everyone is fighting for a speed boost like a gold box. :( I'd rather get a DM mission, as much as I hate them, because it calls for actual gameplay.

Having the defense point in the middle of the map is a big mistake. This isn't Zombie Apocalypse mode, Tanki. When you have a red team that is even slightly competent, it's impossible for even a strong defense to defend from all sides at once, while being pounded by unseen Magnums and Thunders. For instance, in Highland. It would be better to have the red spawn on one side and the blue defend the other side. In Polygon, same situation; you're trying to make it like Poly CP when it really isn't. In Wolfenstein...good luck. Please put the defense point in a good easily-defensible position! Otherwise no smart people would play on these heavily unbalanced maps.

I finally got my 5 containers today. :) I got a few days of premium, some mines, double armor, and this lovely paint I've actually been wanting for a long time! So sexy! :wub:

Wasp-fire is essential here (although don't quote me on this if it's a bannable offense). But if you're playing normal battles, Magnum with DD is an absolute must. Let's assume with either method, you can consistently get 40 kills per battle. If you want the maximum reward, for 2000 kills, that will be 50 battles total. Each battle is 15 minutes long, so 50 of them will be a total of 750 full gameplay minutes. That's 12.5 hours of straight gameplay, in a 48 hour timespan. Let's instead take an estimate of 50 kills per battle. That's still 10 hours of full gameplay. 60 kills per? A little over 8 hours. Is a sleepless night worth it?

A 6 year old got first place in DM battle? I'm not surprised. It doesn't take too much brains to smash the 123 and shift keys repeatedly. :P I jest but it's sad the number of so called "legends" I see in first place who don't even turn the turret.

I was hoping you would end the x3 mission chains so I wouldn't have a reason to play with druggers. WHY DO YOU DO THIS TO ME?!? :(

I caught 32 containers myself. I'm aware that it was a glitch and to me it's expected that I will lose them after the server reset. I don't get my hopes up, and I don't have any hard feelings, it was a mistake. If Tanki lets everyone keep their loot, it would break the economy and game balance. I'd rather have a game than some fancy paints that I didn't really "earn". But hey, maybe we'll all get some free containers out of this deal, or maybe a weekend of double funds and golds...who knows.

Yes Tanki purposefully breaks their own servers in order to send players to a game that's also owned by them. <_<

I have a feeling we're going to all get a couple free containers for compensation of this whole situation. Just a gut feeling. :lol:
