Should I buy two paints (Tundra, Cedar), or two hulls (Hunter, Hornet), or a combo? If a combo, which from each? I will obviously get them all one day, but I don't know in which order I should buy them. My best paint is Storm, and my only m1 hull is Titan.

For the maps being removed, will there be a "Farewell" event for them with gold box 3000s like Moon Silence?

I know that m1 hornet gets you over the ramp @ monte carlo, but can you use any turret with it, and without drugs?

Primary question: Hornet or Hunter for Freeze m2? I like to blow up tanks, and grab crystals instead of grabbing the flag (most of the time)... Secondary question: Isida m2 or Thunder m1? I like to play on short-medium range maps, my only m1 hull is Titan. :P And, I'm gonna get the Tundra paint.

^ Very nice explantion btw. With regards to the Hunter, I have currently m2 Freeze and I'm gonna get Tundra, and m1 Hunter with it. Can't wait!

Pro tip: If playing with Isida m2 on a short range map, get the Python paint. Freeze will destroy you before you can reach them to heal yourself, and blow up the enemies. The other option is to flank, but is not successful sometimes.

I prefer Twins, but I heard Rico will be the new Twins after the new physics... And, Twins and Wasp isn't the best combo, because some other turrets have a faster time to kill than the Twins. So, you could be zooming past the enemies with your Wasp, and Freeze for example, and going ham on the other teams' long range turrets, if you use a different turret suited more for your wasp. Post this in the What to Buy/What to Use section next time (you will get more responses, too)! :D

For those wondering if you should get the Freeze (especially at m2), BUY THE DAMN THING! It's great for objective games (CTF, Control Points), i've been getting 300 crystals per 15 minute game, and it even got me a gold box on Combe today! :D

Hornet is obviously a great hull for Freeze m2, but how would Hunter or Dictator turn out? I saw Valletta's video on the new hulls from the physics, and these three I will get definately. But, I cannot purchase them all at once, so which to do think I should buy first and why? I have m1 Smoky, Firebird, and Titan, with Freeze m2. I like to play on short to medium range maps such as Sandbox, Noise, Combe, Silence etc.

In that case, here I go! To @bladesaw, and other players struggling with which hull to buy to pair with the Freeze m2: The most annoying turret for me is the Railgun. It is bothersome when a railgun snipes you from a long distance, or rather a longer distance than the Freeze's. This is why I am going to purchase the paint Tundra. Without a dought. But, there are other annoying turrets at my rank such as the Smoky, and the Thunder. This is why I compared these three turrets of their max and min damage against the three hulls I may buy: Hornet, Hunter, and Dictator (If you are thinking about getting Viking, pretend that the Dictator is the Viking, because at m1, they have a difference of 1 HP). The stats below are the Shots to Kill for each turret VS each hull with the paint Tundra equipped. I chose to get Hunter, from the statistics below: VS Railgun - Hornet: 1.4 - 2.1 Shots to Kill - Hunter: 1.8 - 2.7 SK Therefore, it doesn't matter which hull is used (all 1 - 2 SK). - Dictator: 1.9 - 2.9 SK VS Smoky - Hornet: 4.7- 5.7 SK - Hunter : 5.9 - 7.3 SK Therefore, Dictator is the best hull used (6 - 7 SK). - Dictator: 6.5 - 7.9 SK VS Thunder - Hornet: 1.7 - 2.2 SK - Hunter: 2.1 - 2.8 SK Therefore, Dictator is the best hull used (2 - 3 SK). - Dictator: 2.3 - 3.1 SK You may ask, "Wait, you said you chose to get the Hunter, but the Dictator is the best hull used! WTF!? What are you thinking!?" The statistics above are purely health-related. There is no information about the speed of the hulls, which is very important so that you can actually freeze the guy (hense the name of the turret). So, if you would like the speed information of the hulls, check out the Tanki Online Wiki: http://en.tankiwiki.com/Main_Page. The Dictator is the slowest hull of the three. Therefore, it can be difficult to reach the enemy to blow 'em up! So, it is better to get the hull with a little more speed. And so, that is why I chose to buy the Hunter. The acceleration is getting decreased? Would Hornet be better with freeze m2?

I did some math on Thunder m1s vs Cedar on Hunter (which will probs be the hull ill buy) and found that with Cedar, you die with one less shot. Is Cedar still worth buying?
