It has very good damage, loading time and reloading time. It turns and reloads a bit slow now but it's damage and load time makes it balanced. ;)

It depends. I'd say smoky m3 since you'll need a good m3 weapon at such a rank. Also I think the hunter m3 and savannah will work too.. Rail will get MUed by it's time(which is probably not that much). After that you could play very well with rail+hunter+savannah right away :)

It helps, a lot.. It gives +30% to XP.

Use Isida. Go to DMs if you have SMP(Score Multiplayer Pass) Play more chat less. Go to 25-40 minute DM battles and try to get more then 40-100 kills. In CTFs, prefer killing the flag carrier than the defenders and offenders. In TDMs, play battles with only kills. (100-500). In CPs, try to capture a point on your own.
