Once you hit play from the home page the URL changes into a server's URL and you start loading the server in order to enter. To get the homepage back you can press they 'backspace' key on your keyboard and you'll be directed to the page you were visiting earlier than the current. If that doesn't work then you'll need to open a new tab and type in http://tankionline.com/en/ which will direct you to the homepage. That way you'll have the homepage in one tab and the server/game in the other. ;)

Got kicked from a battle due to the server and lost crystals?

Rank ups are mostly player-managed events. Due to the popularity of 'Rank-ups' we wouldn't mind the ones whom shall rank invite a couple of buddies and manage the event as they have wished - getting every player lined up and shoot-to-rank, for example isn't counted as a violation when it comes to this sort of an event. Since it is clear that such is player-made, saboteurs may enter and ruin the whole event. You mustn't worry at this point as it can easily be resolved - just create a different battle(making it private is a big bonus), invite a couple of friends as you desire, whom you can trust, and manage the event that way. You do have access to your account though. Just the linking of your account with an Email or FB missing - the one reason possible would be incorrect procedure of doing so. Make sure you did it the right way as once your account is linked to an Email or FB(verified), there is absolutely no message of linking account popping up again. You can change your linking of Email/FB whenever you want though(Click the settings Icon and click "Change password and Email'). :) How to link your account to your Email Post an image of the message if you please.

Brazilian Tanki is a branch of current TO - a different base, a different forum, different Community Managers, a whole new branch starting from 0. So it is a separate 'server', you may say, in which anyone can sign up and start playing. It is not connected to current TO accounts-wise. Every account you have here will not be transferred to the Brazilian version of TO. It is a brand new start there basically. :) Closed

Experienced a major increase in PING two weeks ago. Now its back to 60-40. I did contact our Community Manager about it - it is just a temporary problem which occurs 'naturally'. It is a normal thing which happens rarely and gets fixed later on. So if you're still lagging - it might not be TO, rather your PC. ;)

You're basically supposed to Email tech support in which you must state your problem/request or whatnot. Since Hotmail or Gmail are of the theme Email, you shouldn't have any problem at all. You must try using the Mailing feature of your PC(if you're using a Laptop, you should find a small 'letter-like' button near the 'Tab' button or nearer to that area. Click that). I'd prefer that to the least when it comes to writing to Tech support. ;)

The battle timer(hereinafter referred as the clock) did go through an update recently. Its function are now dissimilar to that of its previous state. Nowadays the clock changes the time limit when certain conditions meet. It either reduces for a while or restores back to normal depending on certain things - uneven team distribution(i.e. far less modified gameplay) causes the clock to reduce due to which the time is cut down into a lower amount. When such a situation recovers, so does the clock. :) So make sure that none of the above happened to you in this case. :) Title edited
