I do see your point of how a virtual thing is not really having the "perfect" prices set in TO. I'm afraid I disagree on that. If we were to get a "perfect" discount on items the garage contains, this wouldn't really be a game much. Basically the fun in earning crystals for purchasing one specific item available in the garage would pretty much end as almost all of us would've gotten the things we desire easily, or by earning a few amount of crystals for it. No fun in that. So yeah, the lower the discount is, the more we have to earn to get it.. hence the more fun it is to earn the crystal amount, and the feeling(s) you get after purchase are distinctly awesome. ;)

If it turns out to be none of the above - then it probably means your account can be recovered easily by contacting Tech Support by writing down your problem to them. At first they must confirm that it is your account, so do expect a queue of some sort. :)

Try playing in Full screen mode - should help. I shouldn't explain you about 'how to do it' as it is actually pretttty simple; check the top right corner and find a full screen mode button. :)

Has been said many times in chat plus forum - tech support isn't a small thing, they receive many emails every day which they have to attend/study EACH day. Not a handful of account theft cases are sent to them, but many at the same time. On Social Media pages of TO we receive a massive number of messages which are to be dealt with Tech support - meaning the situation the one writing to us inquires can be answered by tech support alone. We receive many on Social media, imagine about the game itself. So basically there is a workload for 'em, just be patient and hold on for a couple of days. If no reply for a week or so, wait 2-3 more days and send the email(of the same subject) again. :) I hope you understand.

Test server invite codes are what neither do WE have and nor do we share them. Invite codes for test server(s) is shared among testers alone. You can apply for joining the testers staff with the one condition - Eloquence in Russian Language. Good luck! This section is for technical issues only.

HP G-62 :wub: :wub: Mip mapping+Dynamic Shadows+Fog+Shadow under tank+Soft particles(not dust, sadly)+Antialising = 35-40 FPS All other on(excluding deep shadows and Dynamic shadows) I get 40-45 :D I prefer using Fog+Shadow under tank+Soft particles(dust in this one :D)+Antialising = 55-60 FPS and it is pretty decent if you're more like quality+gameplay. :D As for PING, mind that it isn't relevant to the PC/laptop and instead depends upon the internet connection you have, I normally have 60-45 PING... but recently it hasn't been good, not just for me, but most of the players I know - 255-98 :(

When an update is going to be released or any bugs/glitches are supposed to be fixed on the main servers, the Developers set the game into "Under maintenance". It doesn't matter of what is written on the screen when you click play, the only thing which does matter at this situation is that either a new update is being released or other minor edits are being made/fixed. Normally these pauses aren't for a long period of time as the developers don't want to pause the game for long so that we can play and have fun. :) Currently there isn't maintenance or update, servers are up and waiting for players to join. :P Closed

Hey there! Try entering TO by pressing the "PLAY" button which you can find easily on the homepage. What it does is that it directs you to a suitable server where you can find/play battles maxed to your rank. For example; I'm at General rank, if I join by pressing "PLAY" button on the homepage, it directs me to a server where I can play in battles which has General rank max(meaning General rank is the highest rank which can join that battle). Mostly you can find numerous battles, but sometimes, due to bad timing, you would find handful of them. :)

New version of TO is still in progress but almost at its finishing steps - just wait a little bit more. New version of TO is a huge step for the game, so it needs time. ;) It wont take long though! Expect something about it this year. :) Thank you for understanding. Closed

The prices set for each paint isn't necessarily dependent upon hammer protection. Each paint has a different price, some are much expensive and are easily up for purchase at a lower rank in comparison to a relatively cheap one which is up for purchase at a higher rank. Simply put - the protection a paint offers(a.k.a. the protection) definitely plays a vital role in fixing the cost price, but that doesn't mean that the cost price is dependent upon "Hammer protection". :)
