Might have been a glitch, Not much of a problem to fix. Try refreshing, I myself didn't see that glitch/bug...

It's a time glitch, The developers are working on fixing this. Email Help@tankionline with 2 to 3 pictures of : The score board,The timer (Full screen) to receive your crystals if you left the battle. Or you could Pm a chat moderator while your in the battle to forcibly end it.

Gmail and Hotmail don't have errors when sending to that email address if the email is incorrect it wont send.

Its not possible as they are separate servers. You will need to create a new account for the Brazilian server.

You must have done something wrong if it had taken this long. This is past the maximum limit of days for account recovery.

Its not a bug, just a glitch.
