Checked plugins One suspicious one deleted now. It hasn't popped up again since I deleted it.

First I saw it in chrome (Because I love their browser) in the extensions, an app by the name of "DealPeak" then I unistalled it more than 20 times. Went into control panel deleted all suspicious applications. Appeared again, Installed Norton power eraser. Cleared out Mozilla Firefox's add-ons and Internet Explorers add-ons.
