in the pic below you can see that this tanker "anisuperani" has only 2 gold stars yet he has railgun m3 the tanki wiki (http://en.tankiwiki.com/Railgun) says very clearly that railgun m3 unlocks at 4 gold stars, not 2 tanki must block this player this is illegal activity and should result in account suspension
