Like a year I've tried using chrome, but my computer seems to overheat a little. Currently I use it on Safari, but I could try Opera. For cache, is it browser or flash cache your talking about?

So I've been having some really bad wifi lag recently. Every time before I play, I empty my browser cache, clear all browser cookies, and clear flash storage, and I am still having some lag. I've tried using standalone flash, but it did not help a lot. I used speedtest.net to run some tests (I connected to Perm). I'm not sure if the results I got are good or not (I think they're bad). If you're going to get Wasp, don't get Hornet (and vice versa). Wasp M1 is a nice tank, but M2 unlocks pretty late. Also, when going against M1 Rails, even Forester is not enough protection. Tundra doesn't unlock until WO4, so if you want Wasp, I guess you could go for it. M1 Hornet is also a nice addition. I feel M1 Hornet is better than M1 Wasp because it has more protection. Although at M2, Wasp is better (Faster with a tiny loss of speed). As far as Viking goes, I loved using M1 Viking. Nice speed upgrade and good health. I have it M2 right now, and it is awesome.

I would not get M1 Thunder. I have never used M1 Thunder (I have M2 from product kit), but for me M2 Thunder is not working as well as M2 Rail. Get M2 Hornet first, and then get M2 Rail. For paints, use Forester until you get a M2 combo, and then go with Cedar or something.
