I have a similar garage and I recently purchased M2 Twins at the sale. You asked if you should get M2 Twins or M2 Isida. I have both, and I will say that both are good weapons. M2 Isida is a decent boost from M1 and since Isida is dual function, it will still be OP, even if its stats may not be the best. M2 Twins doesn't really have much change from M1, but the damage is increased. I'm not really sure about your gamestyle, but for me, I play a lot of DM. Twins/Mammoth helps me win a lot of duels with other common DM combos, such as Smoky/Mammoth and Thunder/Mammoth. Also, since Twins got nerfed, the bullets move a lot slower now. It is more like a close range weapon now, and hitting moving targets is hard. I find that Twins is a pretty dynamic gun - it can be used for attacking, some midfielding, and defending. For Isida, if you like healing and attacking, then this is a great gun. You can pair it with your M2 Hornet, and M3 Isida unlocks early and is very cheap. If you have more questions about M2 Isida or M2 Twins then respond ;) I bought the medium M2 kit when I was a First Lieutenant, and boy, is it OP. The paints they give you are very good - Emerald and Prodigi.

Ok well I heard from somewhere that a random number is selected in the damage range (correct me if I'm wrong). So, in this case, a random number will be selected between 100 and 150, and the result will be the damage dealt by the Rail. But then you said that the "majority of the shots cause around 125 damage (the medium value)"? So the damage has a tendency to be close to the medium.

You have to remember the clues and put it in on the last day.
