Get Fire M2 and save yourself the stress.

Yeah, no more than 50% off each weapon and no more than a total of 100% (or something like that) total protection.

Wasp M2 and if you like Isida, get it so you can get M3 next rank. I suggest you don't blow your crystals on M2's that won't last long and get a few M3's in the early ranks.

I personally dislike it. With new physics it reminds me of Rail, but not so versatile, so I think Railgun M3 would be a better choice.

Well, I suggest Inferno as Fires and Freezes are probably two of the most dangerous weapons to your equipment. If you want a long-range protector, though, get Emerald, because Thunder M3s are rampant.

Actually, no. :mellow: That tactic only works in the lower ranks because by Lt. everyone has seen that trick duplicated often. I think the best spot to put mines is at corners, otherwise the more experienced tanker will simply swerve around your mine.

Many people prefer Smoky M2 to Thunder M3. Smoky does a high amount of damage in a short period of time, firing so quickly, as it does. Also, this makes it very hard for opponents to aim, especially Rails, the most damaging weapon there is. Thunder has the self-damage drawback, too. When using a larger hull, tanks will press against you as you blow yourself up, but smaller hulls at the M3 ranks are quick to die when trying to fire off multiple shots in the open. I think Smoky would be better, though if you simply do better with Thunder then get it instead.

Fire M2 would be great for Polygon DMs, though, if you could burn a few people, hide and recharge, then repeat.
