Tanki will never adopt such a system, as this could lead to rule breaking, whether with your friends or not. There would be no way to monitor such a system, and it would only detract from the game. In addition to that, it could plausibly slow down the game, and I know that is the last thing that some players need in a heated battle. Closed.

Actually, the only time that crystal boxes substantially helped any player, is when they had to sacrifice time to run around and grab them. Now, all of the crystals that would have fallen, go to the battle fund. Now the reward goes to those who contribute the most to the battle. As Semyon has said, this is the final state of the crystals system. Closed.

^Agreed, Thunder can be pretty OP if you ignore the self destruction penalty. I'm a loyal Thunder user myself, but I acknowledge this update was needed. If there was no self destruction penalty, it would just be unfair to other players, and that's what I think your missing. You have to think about all 30 million players, and what can be done to balance the game. :)

Well, we try and help everyone. :) _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Don't kill the messenger here, but each turret and hull have undergone many changes over the course of years, in order to bring the game to a balanced state. For Shaft users, it may have lost something with the laser, but it equally it gained stability. Additionally, if you hate the laser, there is a good strategy to beat it, simply aim on an object that is closer to you, yet either a little to the left or right, is where you want to shoot. Then, when an opponent passes a little to the left or right of the object that is near you, you may swing your turret out and put the laser on them. They'll be dead before they realize where the shaft came from, and charged to full so quickly. There will be no re-balance. Closed.

Actually, by closing the Chat Violators section, it does not reduce the work load of Chat Moderators, but rather shifts it into the chats for a more personal experience. Now the Chat Mods shall be more present than ever in the servers, as they won't have the need to focus on the forum portion. I have M2 Thunder, and let me tell you, it's a total dream! As long as you know how to handle it properly, it can take over an entire battle in record time. :) Ya, that was totally fun, and beyond that, the prize was just fantastic! What do you mean, "We better get crystals!!"? Are you demanding that the developers just give us crystals for free, yikes... :D

If you like Railgun, then stick with your gut feeling and keep going with it. Additionally, you ought to try out XP battles, which become increasingly popular the higher a rank you are. :)
