Yes, you will lose all the parameters, so you will have to upgrade your Firebird over again. You have to buy upgrades all upgrades step by step: m0 -> m1 -> m2 -> m3. :)

Gold box is orange box worth of 1000 crystals. It falls randomly in any battle (with more than 2 players) and before it falls, there appears alarm 'The gold box will be dropped soon', so you can turn your drugs on and just try your luck. After the alarm '-player- has taken the gold box' it will not fall, so you just missed it or it dropped somewhere else. They fall in crystal places. Good luck with it :)
