I recommend viking because its more versatile than titan. In addition it's cheaper, and unlocks earlier. One of the best M2s. It can be used with almost every turret. I'm buying M2 viking too.

Well, thunder has splash damage which can kill yourself easy, especially when you're using it with light hulls and many people use cedar, rustle and emerald too. Smoky is good but it takes a lot of time to kill heavy hulls and medium. Twins despite their limited range, shot way faster and they can be effective with viking.

Ok thanks. Since I'm used to short range turrets I won't have huge problem with twins' range but I'm probably upgrading smoky. Twins still shot quite fast. And yeah, fire M2 is very good, strong and effective.

I asked the same question 4-5 times but nobody actually gave me a satisfying answer. What does combine better with M2 viking? Smoky M2 or twins M2? And please, say why do you choose smoky/twins and why not the other turret.

Alpal you still have a loooooooong way to upgrade a gun to M3. Buy some more M2s first and then start saving for M3s.
