With every shot, there is a chance of a crit. You can see it in the MU table. M1 has 1/8 chance basically of hitting a crit. 8 shots and you will get one if I understand correctly

Who ever said I was done? If you just sit there, you're not getting anything done and no crystals so you can't upgrade anything. If you had a turret, you can kill, and get crystals for you then to get a better hull. HP doesn't win the battle
