You can overcome Fire's reload quite easily. If you are using a light hull, you can move around and hide while you are reloading. Same with Freeze. In the case of heavy hulls, it all comes down to who can deal more damage quicker and how since both can kill a Mammoth in one charge.

OMG ROFL HAHAHAHA/ TOday I had some of the best fun with Wasp today. I joined a Silence CTF and played. The other team was drugging so I did too. One time I went into blue's base from the right side, I took their flag, I jumped over a Mammoth/Twins and Hornet/Rail on the biggest ramp. The Rail hardly saw me. When he did he shot, and missed me by 15 metres! Then on the same set of drugs, I went, took their flag again, and jumped down the from the peak. My drugs wore off when I was near my flag.

There is a topic for such questions you know. I don't understand why people don't use them. Thunder is outclassed by Smoky and Twins at M2. Viking would be much better than Hornet. I would say Smoky/Viking.

*Facepalm* Since I don't understand the first part of your question, I'll assist you with the send half. Why would you get Hornet M1 when you will get it M2 in the kit? You're wasting crystals. You can survive with M0's until WO5---- if you want punch in a few MU's on your Hornet until then.

If you ask me, I would say no because with MU's, your HP can get above 250 which is what the other mediums hulls have so you should be good. I would pick another hull until, you get there though

Freeze's cone angle is a bit better I believe, so it might work better. Although Isida/Dictator is a pretty devastating combo in the right hands
