RAS is also not to discuss rank ups. It's for booking spectator(s) and then inviting them to your rank up to record/take a picture. We weren't discussing 'Rank ups' rather I was just answering him.

Even if you're disconnected from the internet, Tanki shows this message instead of the 'Page not available' thing. Might be something wrong in your configuration, check the settings of Firefox.
