This is a glitch, and is currently worked on. Try to call a chat moderator into the battle. Chat moderators are able to end the battle. On the other side, try to take as many pictures as you can in full screen and send it to help@tankionline.com. They will give you back your crystals if you have enough proof.

Because it's not a good word, and Tanki's new system censors that and a bunch of other new words as well. Like P a s s :)

Nice :) Though I'm not a buyer, but this will surely help in securing accounts and you'll get notified each time for a purchase. This means that you'll be able to take immediate action from your e-mail in case of some problem.

Go to your account, request new password change. Go to your e-mail, there will be a link like that one. Modify it like I did :)

Here's how to avoid the problem; The link you receive through e-mail should be like this: The first part: Just change it to: http://www.tankionline.com/ (Don't modify "/en"). Copy all the link, paste it on your browser. Such a screen should pop up: Just click on play, and wait. When the loading finishes, you'll have a screen to change your e-mail and password. That's it! Important note: When you request to change the password through the game make sure it has not already been opened or it will say corrupt address. Do not use an old address. :) In case of this, request a new fresh address from you in game account, and modify that address like I've shown above. Hope it helped!

No not the internet, it's perfectly fine I've checked many times. All other sites are working fine. Nothing wrong with my country, it was usual and normal and pretty good before. I just figured out 1 thing, since my brother isn't playing Tanki, no lags and nothing like that on my laptop. When we both are playing, this happens :P Weird!
