That is so because the link you are using is outdated. If you want to change your e-mail/password, request a fresh e-mail/password change from your game account. Once you go to your e-mail, open the link, click on play and a screen shall pop-up with the changes you need to make. This might help.

Try to scan your PC from your antivirus. Also, as stated before, uninstall any new programs. Nothing works, try this ADGuard. I experienced such a problem, this really helped me. Just modify it in the settings and all those sites that keep popping up ads. Before I used to have like thousands of ads (same problem) but after this, rarely. In fact, never.

Just keep on refreshing. Sometimes, the players on the server are more than shown, for example; in real the players are 3000 but the server shows 2500. This is so because the server you are seeing has not received updated information, just enter a server and keep refreshing. At a moment you should be in, if you can't; the server has been closed.

It's a lag for sure. Just refresh your browser and it should be gone. Note: Do not change server! Just refresh, if you change the server you might leave the battle.

Here's how to avoid the problem; The link you receive through e-mail should be like this: The first part: Just change it to: http://www.tankionline.com/ (Don't modify "/en").
