I found out what caused it. He probably didn't leave the battle and just closed the browser while he was in the battle. That is why, the computer thought it was internet connection lost, so he actually stayed in the battle. Tanki has this feature to avoid loosing crystals because of internet connection lost. Anyways, he was still "in" the battle (probably 1st, 2nd or 3rd) and the battle finished, so he got his crystals. There is no problem here, it's pretty normal.

They do, one of the chat moderators' job is staying in server chat and punishing violators. But, sadly, there aren't enough chat moderators and also, they have many more other things to do, like spectating reported battles, etc. Also there are too many servers and too less moderators and I'm not even talking about the time difference. So, if you see a violator in server chat and/or battle chat, report him or her here. If you wish to become a chat moderator, start a new topic here, but read the rules first.

Unfortunately, noone else except for the tech support can help you about that. So, try tp explain the situation, they should understand.
