I'm note sure that Tanki supports Intel GPUs because they're not so pleasant. If you want the Advanced Graphics options available, try using another GPU (NVidia, AMD). Read that, it will help you a lot.

It could be that Godmode_ON isn't an Admin but a regular person that got from the Administration COOL abilities.

You wanna tell the you disabled all the Advanced Graphics options, you disabled Mip-Mapping and disabled "Show Skybox" and you still have too high graphics?!

But you need to remember that as much as it was nerfed, it was supposed to be like that but wasn't until the Rebalance. You had a good time because of the overpowering, now the party is over and the weapons are like they should of been always.

Actually using the Flash Player Debugger would be the best (it would be faster because there would be no need to connect to the browser cache, a thing that Chrome does) to run TankViewer, BoxViewer, TanksTestingTool and all the other Downloadable Flash Tools that Tanki provides. As much as I know not. Once you buy something (except for cases in which somebody hacks your account and buys things) you can't "sell" it back.

I don't have any problem of the forum being slower like @sam131192 mentioned, and I think it's cool and good. In my opinion it's great and not "too black" as was said.

Actually I really don't see any point in that large area that is supposed to be added because your'e just gonna self-destruct in it, so what's the point in adding a whole area to the map and when you enter it you self-destruct? It will lag some players' computers, and for nothing - the addition that will cause the lagging won't even be accessible. Annoying.
