It's not that the people in the Help Desk go over all the messages fast and do the easiest first. They do them in the order in which they were sent so there's nothing to complain about. In the automated message you got your place in the queue is written (it's right for the time it was sent). The only thing you can do is to wait.

Your problem is really big. Every time you try something it solves when error but brings two new ones. If re-installing the browser, re-installing Adobe Flash Player, cleaning your browser cache and cleaning you Flash Player cache don't help at all - seems as though there's no way to solve this. Maybe your Antivirus software blocks some of the resources loaded from when you play Tanki and that's what causes the error to occur.

If you want the problem to be solved quote or even better take a screenshot of the message that you get when you try to buy via PayPal. That will help finding the way to solve your problem.

When I'll have the time (after May Holidays because I don't wanna waste time in which I can try taking 3000 Gold Boxes instead of 1000 ones), I'll do that. It's right that you can't know when a Gold Box will be dropped, but: Every time the fund raises in an amount of X crystals, a sort of a Roulette with 7000 slots spins X times (the amount of spins it does equals to the amount of crystals added to the fund) and one of the 7000 slots is the one with a Gold Box. The Roulette stops on that slot - a Gold will drop. If there was a Gold alarm, the fund grows and then again the slot of the Gold is the one that the Roulette stops on - there will be another Gold alarm immediately when the previous gold was taken. That's why it's strange that when @Godmode_ON dies 3 golds drop simultaneously (in regular terms it can't happen). BTW, it wasn't mentioned in Semyon's announcement about May Holidays, but there are 2 things changed about the Gold that will remain changed 'till May 12th: the First is what you know - 3000 crystals in a Gold instead of 1000. Second - remember that Semyon said that there will be double funds? That means that each time the fund grows, an amount of crystals that equals to two times of the crystals that would be added in regular terms are added to the fund . What does it mean? Two times more spins in the 7000-slot Roulette=two times more chances that the Roulette will stop on the Gold slot=Two times more chances for a Gold to drop! :) Sorry on the complicated explanation..
