The 'Nanomass reactor' alteration for Isida fully recharges the Isida's energy tank (ammo levels) upon it destroying an enemy tank, though it increases its energy consumption by +50% (for both healing and attacking modes), so as a result the Isida's healing ability is negatively affected due to the increased overall energy consumption rate.

The effective range of the 'Blaster' drone is 10 → 15 m (click here to get an idea of how much that would be in-game). You can find all the information regarding drones on their Wiki page.

Unfortunately, you cannot exchange tier rewards for other rewards (/ game items) that you don't already own. I suggest that you purchase the Battle Pass, so that you can get the Hunter XT skin upon reaching the fiftieth and last tier of the current Challenges (and in addition to that also receive better rewards while progressing through the remaining locked tiers on the way there (plus receive all the Battle Pass-only rewards for all the previous tiers that you've already completed!)).
