This also happen to myself, in map: Noise sadly you just are going to have to finish the map in 3 minutes.

250 - 300 PING. is not good this is lagging, FPS is for frame rate and connection to the game.

This might be a glitch or it could also be that you were in a parkour mode map, or that connection got lost during combat, and much more. if this has happen to you once then its not that bad i would be angered about not gaining that experience too but if you are doing fine and dandy now, or if you aren't please reply back with an simplified reason.

you can clear your flashplayer cache here. Tankionline has to have flashplayer, which sometimes inst provided on phones.

You know on my windows 8 Laptop, i couldn't play tankionline an it was giving me this message also, but i check my updates on my laptop and i installed them, then restarted my laptop and there it worked again. although it could because of you need to clean the browser Click here for more on that. try running tanki on a different application which more info on that is provided here.

The Problem is that you have other apps running in background while playing tanki, this used to happen to my old comupter it was horrible every time that happen to me, but you can close out some of the the apps by checking your taskbar, also click here to help with your Fps problems, and Try clearing the Flash-Player cache (For more information on how to do this check here: How do I clear the cache of my Flash-Player?)
