It was changed to 1/10000 when they removed Crystal Boxes. Because they removed them, and all the crystal boxes were getting in the Funds, meaning Gold would drop VERY often, so to balance it, they decreased the chances of Gold. Also, the Self-destruction and Anti-cheat system are the same problem, so it's not like Tanki has a million problem, and this can't be considered as one. Closed.

The server has nothing to do with Gold Boxes dropping, Gold box depends on 1 thing, and 1 thing only - LUCK! Gold boxes chances are purely random and nothing interferes with it's chances. It's just your luck :P Every time 1 crystal is added to the fund, it has a 1/10000 chance of making a Gold Box drop. Just like a big roulette with 10000 slots, and only 1 of them drops a Gold. So keep on trying, and you'll eventually get one. Closed.

Firstly, it's not Tanki's fault you used an easy password or downloaded programs that may contain key loggers that hackers used to get in your account. It's entirely YOUR fault someone used your crystals. Secondly, Tech support gets a huge amount of requests, and it takes time to do them all. 2 months is a long time, but it's better than not getting your crystals back ever, and it's not 2 months, it's a rough estimate of the real time it takes, which is far less. Thirdly, there is no need to be so rude about it and call Tanki's service bad, they try their best, which seems to be always less than what you expected. There was no point making a topic in the forum, only tech can help you, so instead of complaining, contact them again telling them to perhaps speed up the process. Closed.

How to get your crystals back if you were kicked from the battle due to server's fault.

I am pretty sure that if you get the tutorial page every time you log in, then you have Firefox or some kind of program set to delete your cache every time you close Firefox or every 5 minutes or so. Make sure you don't have it automatically delete your cache, here's how to do it. If your browser is set to delete all, then uncheck that box.

I assure you that's not the case. My net is relatively slow and I still mange to load the server quickly. A possible reason would be that your browser automatically deletes it's cache when you close it, so every time you load Tanki you re-download the info, so it takes longer. But that's unlikely.

Unfortunately, no, Tanki is likely not to change it. It's your internet speed that is too slow.
