That's a very poor internet connection, at least 1 MB while surfing the lobby and 3 MB playing the game is required for clean playing.

Alright, I saw the internet speed picture, and removed it because it contained your IP. Your internet is fairly good, so the problem is your computer, but since I saw that your computer specifications are also average, the only reason possible is that you have an old version of Windows. Go to a tech guy and get it changed to Windows 7 or higher, it wont cost much ;) As for the updates, leave it alone. It's not the one, probably because you're an older version.
