Old kits has been removed, and new kits are in affect now. This was the result of the New Product Kits system update. Closed.

If someone violates the rules they get a ban, if the ban ends and he violates again, he gets a longer ban, if he continues, even longer. Until it get to the point of getting a forever ban. If the play continue violating the rules by sabotaging, multing etc. he gets a block which means he can no longer access the game or even get inside a server.

Firstly, please don't make duplicities of your problems, 1 is enough. Secondly, have you checked your spam folder? If you get a lot of E-mails use the search to find them, just type in "Tanki"

As I can see, your internet speed is quite low. However, try this. I also recommed you to change your browser to FireFox as the graphics and game quality is much better than Maxthon. If it doesn't work, I am afraid you need to contact your ISP to get a better internet offer with more speed.
