If you like midfielding with Thunder ,then I guess Hunter is a good choice. If you like DM, then Viking.

IMO Viking is the more balanced hill now. Hunter is a bit more speed than protection, while Viking has more protection and still has decent maneuverability. I would go with Viking. M2 Freeze is actually not that bad (It can take down a M2 Viking in a full charge), and you could get it as an early M2. If you like attacking, you could get Freeze for now, and get M2 Fire later on, as it is a lot better.

I have 87K crystals and I just ranked to LT Colonel. If I get M2 Fire on a sale (which will leave me with 40K), is that a good amount for M3's? I want to try to get M3's as fast as I can because I am really bad at managing my crystals..

Rail M1 M2 since you already have a M2 Hull. Get either Wasp or Hornet, don't get both. I suggest M1 Hornet. M1 Wasp doesn't have a lot of HP, and you can easily get picked off by Rails (Tundra doesn't unlock until WO4). M1 Rail is good for Warrants. Viking unlocks early and is cheaper, although Dictator is statistically better

lol yeah I decided not to get anything at the sale. M2 Shaft works out great for me. I'm just going to save for M3 Shaft/M3 Viking.

I'm not sure about the others, but on my main, I have M2 Shaft and boy, is it OP. I use it in DM, and it is ridiculously overpowered. Stealing kills is easy, and picking off Hornets is fun.
