Sorry, you are too small rank to be a rank up organizer. You need to have some higher ranked account which will have access to generalissimo battles too. First of all - Read rules. If rules say that you need to book date and time, means the EXACT date and EXACT time. If you want to change your date and time later (after it gets booked), you can just say: "I would like to have my event at another time, like on ____ (date) at ____ (time). Waiting for your answer". This way I will let you know if booked event can be changed or no. Second - UTC and GMT is the SAME thing. If it's UTC+5:30, then it's GMT+5:30. There is no difference at it. So please, first learn time zones (converting them into UTC/GMT and then tell me the time + zone). Third - We are not going to add you on Skype. It's your obligation, as someone who is booking event, to add us on Skype (me or anyone of my helpers). I offered my Skype there publicly, so players won't annoy my helpers much. You add me, I tell you who will do your event (I will send you his contact) and then you can add that spectator and make a deal with him. See, first you say Sunday, then Monday, then you don't even know when. Make a deal with your friends then book event here. See what time fits them the best. And by the way - "I am asking other to come not you !" < this was very rude from your side. I have spectator assistants, bookkeeping assistants, designers, editors etc. They all have permission to answer to each post on this topic, and trust me, they won't give any different answer than I would do. They are the ones who know these rules the best and they will always advice you how to correctly book an event. This is not their work, true that, but they are helping on their own wish.
