About your questions, let me explain - Max time for one booked event is 15 minutes. In almost 99% cases it takes longer than it should be (which means it takes more of our time). If it cross the time limit, we can give pictures taken out of the video (with not so good quality of course), but if it doesn't cross the time limit (example - 5 minutes left), we can take some pictures until your time ends. Second way is to get at least two spectators on your rank up. 1 to record, 1 to take pictures. This way you get both things you need. You will have to contact my co-workers at that time since I won't be here. Added.
