...and you can add Ricochet to Wasp 's nightmare list too. (no clue about Vulcan but I guess that won 't work either with Wasp) Played with combo M2 Wasp/Rico on my alt. and no matter what you do, the recoil will make you miss shots. There is simply not enough time between shots to recover. Impact force from enemy shots or even worse a combination with your own recoil makes it soon, if not a nightmare, at least a bad dream.

A very good marriage: Hornet and Smoky. Extremely high on DP, but again zero healthkits used. ^ thanks Dima! ;)
-
A fast reload is great but IMO not as effective if you can destroy many enemies in one or two shots with MU 'd damage and DP.

I guess "monsoon". Just look at his fingers! :P

Yep, rotation speed is definitely underrated....

I guess it wasn 't the guy himself: most likely an hacked account. ( real bummer: just was about to eat a dark-chocolate ice cream :P )

Pretty much agreed: till that final sentence. Only handling a M3 Hornet as a nub will make it loose from a M2 Wasp.

Mee eens, het koelt hier nu ook echt lekker af. Alle ramen even wagenwijd open.

Worth it. This is how Thunder should be used. + Hunter M2: micro-upgrade it 's speed and protection (as far as possible).

Unrespectful language? Nub... Two of them... -
I did some close-ranging myself with Isida on an alt. but combined it with Wasp instead of Hornet. Very nice combo if you are into close-ranging. Which I am not so much, so instead I rather focus on medium- to long-range weapons. Wasp - Isida is better than Hornet-Isida IMO, the self-healing nicely compensates Wasps low armour and Wasp is equal to great handling. Hornet-Freeze used to be a very good combo, but I haven 't got a clue if Freeze got fixed by the last rebalance. It was/is pretty bad if you can 't really freeze the enemies hulls but only their turrets. Hornet is ofcourse a definite yes, it 's still has enough relative speed compared to other hulls to still be competitive: if you know how to use it, and you do. I would combine Hornet with Thunder or Smoky, I feel often helpless with a close-range weapon during a fight. So you better ask further and get a more educated opinion of a true close-ranger.

No, you got me wrong! I said: "that 's how you play with Hornet -Thunder" and than mentioned all the things you were clearly doing very well! Yes, your gameplay video IMO is the way gameplay with Thunder should be done! :) It 's an example of very good gameplay! B) (the only tip I gave you was about capping the flag a bit more yourself)
-
Not bad...no it 's actually good! That 's how you play with Hornet-Thunder: - driving as easily forwards as backwards, the turret dictates the direction you drive, so you make full use of the positive aspect of having a centralized turret. You don 't waste time with making a 180 degrees hull turn. - good tipping/rocking technique, essential to increase the firing angle - solid use of props, walls etc. to inflict Splash damage on an otherwise untouchable enemy - decent use of camera angles to increase "situational awareness" of the battlefield - good anticipation: making a calculated guess what the enemy will do and win the fight Maybe go a little more often for a flagcap yourself, but the supportive role suits you well. Nice gameplay and good job Brig! B) (and one more rank: Hornet M3...but I guess you knew that already? ;) )
-
Though I 'm a fan of Hornet: at M2 the Hornet will be outclassed by the Wasp. (ofcourse if both players are equally skilled)

I was talking about kits in general. Many low- to medium rank kits contain much less useful paints unlike the superb Picasso and Prodigi you mention. Ofcourse I agree those are two great paints. At those low- to medium rank kits players should better focus on equipment, micro-upgrades and a lot less about getting an intermediate paint. If they have a paint like Tundra, Corrosion or whatever that still does a good job than you don 't need these in time unused produkt kit paints in your garage. Not everyone has an abundance of crystals.
-
Produkt kits should have a slight advantage of one, max. two ranks. Otherwise you could just as well remove them. (would be ok with me) I fully agree with you that Paints should not be added to product kits to keep them more or less in crystal reach of most Tankers.
-
I have the same. When I fall down with Smoky and I 'm still high I can shoot just one time without blowing up. If I shoot a second time and/or if I 'm closer to the ground I will always blow up. Very often you need that "straightening" shot, but I can 't use it anymore in Madness.
-
...those gorgeous XT combo 's with ridiculous high hiring prices at the very beginning of their hiring period. Even than from Day One you saw them cruising around in XP 's... (and after that hiring period they just spreaded their wings and flew away)
-
You got to have a really huge group of players to get some sort a reliable outcome. Even than I think Rail will always have a huge (and maybe unfair) advantage: it has it 's own Format battles, so it 's IMO quite logical there will be more better trained Railgunners than Shafters. Ok, I would rather bet on the Railgun, but it will remain a dispute forever I think... ;)
-
Just a tiny Hornet (amongst Giants) that doesn 't use healthpacks :)
-
Yes, no problem. Besides the already numerous gold- and team-mults we now also get a few mission-mults. Multi-multing: nice!
