lol most houses conquered? I was on all houses in tanki... I didn't take screenshots of every time I got on a house, but I'm sure hundreds of players reached the limit of this record already... But if any of them will want to prove it he will have to do it again which is very time consuming...

Good luck to the new applicants! :)

Does making the tastiest meal in tanki count as a record? o:

MAKING FOOD Here's a quick tutorial on how to make food in Tanki! So, to make a really tasty kebab, you need to stick a Viking/Cedar that looks like a piece of meet on top of an antenna: Make sure the meet is stable and the top of the antenna is cutting through it so it won't fall into the fire! The next step is, drop some flammable stuff around the antenna, and then just light it on fire! When it smells good it's ready! You can cut it in pieces and let it cool down a bit, or do you like it hot? B) Don't forget to invite friends to share the meal with them! I'm sure they don't eat too often, or ever... Never seen a tank being eaten before... btw kanibalizem is legal in tanki. That's eat for today's episode of "Cooking With Swift", stay tuned for the upcoming video of vikings parkour! ^_^ omnomnom... Viking flesh... yummy!

There are 2 places where a wasp can easily get on the border of future, and from there he can just drive alone to the highest point of the border. One of them is from the ramp near the blue flag, the other one is on the roof near the red flag. If you have MOP paint and a good wasp you can jump on up to 3 mines and get to the border from many other places as well.

You can't know even if you see them die as long as you can't see they all died and not self destructed (top right corner must be visible) Just saying to warn the next players who will try to get this record :P

I know a whole bunch of good spots for rico bouncing ^_^ was playing with this weapon for quite a while and tried to be as creative as I can

Guide [Issue 35] A Shorthand Guide to Making a Good TO Video

Oh I forgot to mention another thing for parkour videos. If you can't make a trick from the first try and you have black marks of mines and shots all over the place it looks bad in the video. You can remove these black marks by shooting a wall with Hammer 2 or 3 times, it will make the other black marks disappear quickly so you can record yourself doing this jump again and it will look like you did it for the first time. -
Well, there is a list of parkour tricks in the Parkour Dictionary topic. It includes videos of tricks so you can see how it's done, and there is also some text explaining each trick. I wouldn't call it the basics of parkour, but it does include the most basic and simple tricks, and you can learn these tricks without learning the basics of parkour – you will understand them later from your own parkour experience :) Good luck! ^_^

There is one very important thing you forgot, there is a way to save money when buying paints :) For example instead of buying Digital you can buy Tundra for cheaper and upgrade it (Tundra is cheaper than Digital even with the micro upgrades) and still have much more protection for as much as twice less crystals! And at a much earlier rank! Here's a screenshot of a table from my video, showing some cost and protection details for Railgun defensive paints: And here's the video:

Guide [Issue 35] A Shorthand Guide to Making a Good TO Video

Nice one! :) I was considering to make a video about it but you already wrote an article about it, so I'll just add here a few things you forgot to mention: The in-game view – Especially in parkour videos, it is hard to get good view when your tank is twisting in the air at high speed. Of course it is best to use a spectator or another player who records from the side, but not everyone have someone who can help them with it. But there is a trick that can improve the view so that your view will stay stable. When your tank is flipping, the camera makes a fast 180 degrees twist, and if you jump and keep rotating in the air the camera will be twisting like crazy. This happens because the vertical rotation of the turret doesn't matter, only horizontal rotation affects the view. So at one moment your turret is aiming straight forward, and the next moment it is already aiming straight back, without actually gradually turning to the side. To avoid this simply turn your turret 90 degrees to the side so that it will keep pointing to the same direction no matter how many flips you make. Of course if your tank is rotating a bit sideways too you'll need to adjust the angle of your turret to fit the rotation of your tank. Graphics and FPS – Everyone like good graphics, but for some of you too many special effects in the game (such as dynamic lights, dust, deep shadows...) can lower the FPS so much that the video will look bad even if the graphics are really awesome. Experiment with different combinations of graphic settings and see how you can make it look the best without getting low FPS. Another option, for those who are willing to spend money to improve their videos, is to buy a good gaming computer that is capable of running the game smoothly at high FPS with all graphics turned on. The content – Try uploading videos about different things you like doing in Tanki and see what your viewers like more. Based on that you can decide if you should start some kind of series or not. -
Guide [Issue 35] The Generalissimo's Handbook - Month 2

Another way to avoid taking damage from a freeze in short range There is another way of avoiding freeze, I was using it all the time and it worked great for me: I was using Smoky, but of course you can't always stay away from the freeze, and they may surprise you... So the way you can avoid or at least minimize the damage dealt by freeze (also works great with firebird and isida, though it got harder with isida now that the aiming mechanism changed for it) is to stand right in front of it and move from side to side quickly. Of course it will not help if you only do that, but if you also use your Smoky to shoot the corners of your enemy it can set his aim off pretty well. Simply drive sideways when standing in front of the freeze, then just when he starts turning his turret towards you, shoot his right corner to make him turn too much to the right, and at the same time start driving to the opposite direction. After about half a second the freeze will react and start turning to the other side, wait another half a second while moving to the same direction to recharge and to let him get his aim close enough to you, then shoot his other corner and change driving direction again. Repeat this over and over until he dies, he is most likely to not deal damage to you at all, or deal very little damage. If you want to do the same with a heaver hull, such a viking, you need to be on the side of the freeze's tank so you can also push his corners with your tank to make him rotate even more. btw this technique can also work on some players with slow reaction when you use isida, this way I was winning isida fights when I was using wasp isida M1/M2 against hornet M3 and isida M3. It's all about your swiftness and your enemy's reaction time :P -
Guide [Issue 35] Everything to do with... Protection!

The micro upgrades came out after the skyscrapers competition, didn't they? Also I proved that it is possible to climb a skyscraper with a team of only 3 tanks (2 twins-dictator, 1 wasp), so it is possible to climb skyscrapers without using supplies at all ^_^ And another thing about protection in parkour: The combination of fully upgrading Wasp M3's protection and using the MOP paint (30% mines protection) you can survive 3 mines, which results in really high jumps :D -
They said everything they want to tell about it in the VLOG already, and if they will want to say more they will use the VLOG for it again. I play Tanki almost 6 years so I can tell something about it. Basically it all started from players starting to use tank made ramps to climb cliffs, players were just noticing the shape that is created when a tank is pushing against a cliff, and it looked like a nice way up so they decided to use it. After discovering this trick, players started thinking of other ways to climb things, then they started using tank towers, they were stacking tanks on top of each other and then driving to a place they wanted to climb. After some time when rico came out they started using it to climb cliffs, it was possible to climb cliffs with rico even when using mammoth by just pushing against the cliffs, then driving up while shooting down. It was used a lot in the map Dec-9 and in a few others. Players were also able to climb pipes this way, and the most popular place to climb pipes was the old Silence map. Another thing players loved doing in the old Tanki is jumping onto floating objects around the map Gravity, especially that pipe :D (they were removed later, and then the map was changed completely) Basically these were the most popular parkour tricks back then, and as the game was changing more and more tricks were invented, especially after the physics update that made mines push players upwards when they explode. After this the community started coming up with tons of new tricks. They were all removed

Using mines is not real OMP btw, because the mine is from another player that helps you.

Welcome back! <3 Finally! :D

#1 - might be possible if the sky kill zone (which isn't removed in parkour mode) is high enough above the antenna, not sure... I'll check. #2 - The sky kill zone won't let it happen. #3 - No place for 40 players in Madness. Too easy Not challenging. Also you can't request the videos from here to be sent to you separately. If you want to see what happens with the records you should check this topic. It is nobody's job to send evidence to people's emails by request.
