the record is not about being the first one to do a specific trick, if you invent a trick you are the first to do this trick but it doesn't put any limit to how many tricks you can come up with. So this record is legit. But if you say I wasn't the first player to think of the tricks listed above... Then I guess I can't hold this record.

Anyway, I've never seen videos of these tricks before I uploaded my videos about these tricks, and after I did I started seeing tons of videos about some of these tricks... So I do believe I was the first to come up with these tricks.

What about the player who came up with the most parkour tricks? o: I came up with the following tricks: Leap [LINK TO VIDEO] Cliff Jump [LINK TO VIDEO] - only the 2 tricks at the beginning of the video Round Cliff Climbing [LINK TO VIDEO] - I discovered how to climb cliffs like it was possible with the old rico, but now it works only on cliffs with the round shape on the top. Thunder Jump [LINK TO VIDEO] - I'm not sure that this one can be counted as original because TFP inspired me by bringing the thunder splash impact force to my attention... So it's 4 or 3 tricks, and I'm going to upload later a video of another trick I came up with.

Many parkour clubs make parkour guides, and it seems like they are almost the only type of videos most parkour clubs produce. I asked a few players that make parkour guides what is the purpose of these guides. Everyone said the same - to teach players parkour. A few players also said it is for fun. The reason I asked them about it is very simple - I don't think the parkour guides do what they're supposed to do so well. In most parkour guides I see a repetitive use of mine jumps and sometimes just a few different tricks without much variety. Please tell me what do you think about parkour guides, what do you expect from them, what's good about them, what's bad, what would you suggest... Also please tell me if it is easier to learn parkour using parkour guides or using the Parkour Dictionary. In the Parkour Dictionary you can find the name, description and video of each trick, while parkour guides show how to use combinations of a few tricks. The purpose of this topic is to understand what people need the most to learn parkour.
