Definitly try go for the Rail and Hornet option. They pair insanely well together and can work in almost every map. It also opens up the XP/BP side of tanki for you to play with.

Are you planning on playing XP/BP? If not, Railgun won't be very good.

DONT GET DICTATOR!!!! EVER!!!!! It only works in Polygon, and even there can be showed up by a Viking or Titan. Paints and Vulcan are much more important and valuable for dictator. Don't spoil your plans on a noob hull like dictator :) psst, you will surely finish the mission on time
