it is normal. The battle fund is the ammount of crystals that is split up between the players. The higher your score, the more crystals you get.

Fire with a ligt hull or if you play small maps. Rico for heavy hull or on long or windy maps

I import .3ds files and add textures to them. I just add to it over time. Look in Tanki Online MDK for the files.
