no it isn't. it asks for something based on facts, not baseless advice. I'm not the kind of person to ask for advice. I want facts and decide according to those facts, not what other people tell me without even saying what its based upon (again, facts). even if it is, its related to Isida, so why should I not post it here ?

you do know that 'noob paints' are very cheap right ? also, there will soon be 50% discount on all of them. also, you can only equip one paint at a time so having all the paints will just be a waste of crystals. who said I was asking for advice ? I came here for a discussion, and from the replies I got, it looks like I got just that - hint: I opened the discussion with a question, not a request for advice. I said I already know which paints counter what turret (the paint description shows what it resists, so how could anyone not know what its meant to counter ?), that doesn't mean I know which paint/turret resistance best matches the Isida on most battle situations - which is what I was asking about. some said, because Isida has short range, protection from short range weapons (freeze, firebird, ricochet) should be priority. recently, it was assumed an 'Isida user' would be using a light hull and thus Railgun resistance would be nice. I was thinking of using that paint too, but having no resistance to Rail and only little to Ricochet makes me keep looking for something better.

it actually takes more skill to use Hornet because it drifts. imo though, having more speed and a very good grip (which the Wasp gives) is better than having a tiny bit more protection (Hornet may have much better protection at M0 and M1, but its got less protection at M2 - and M2>M3 takes longer than M0>M2).

the DM symbol may have a lighter color purely because the colored image has the box where the DM symbol is in yellow (bright color). if that image with ?000 gold box 01.04.2012 is legit, then the answer is right there. at the time, there was 2000 crystal gold boxes, but what is the answer ?

4th one looks like a rotating turret (probably railgun), maybe XP mode ? the 3rd one is highlighted.

point is, you don't go telling somebody you don't know obvious stuff (such as Alien being ideal against Isida) just because its related to something they are asking about. my question was: "what paint/protection to aim for as an Isida user ?" and the answer I get is: "At your rank just focus on getting crystals for turrent/hull upgrades and worry about paint later." or even worse: "Depends on the team comp you are facing." seriously ? would I ask what paint would be good for me if I can't afford them ? would I ask what paint would be good against a team full of Railgun users ? - obviously, a paint with Railgun protection is the answer to that.

didn't they say there will be unlimited attempts on the last day or something like that ? all I remembered was that we can try and try again but when I submitted an answer, there seem to be no way to submit a new one, so maybe its just on the last day.

still not talking to a total newbie though. doesn't that fall under 'evading' enemy attacks ? that's definitely something worth trying for players who doesn't already know how to 'evade' Isidas though.

after second leutenant there will be Hornet M2s though. But I guess MUing my Wasp M1 enough to stay competitive even with Hornet M2s will still cost less than getting both Hornet M1&2.

Planned to get Wasp M1, but with my rank I can now get Hornet M1. I would really prefer Wasp since I can jump straight to Hornet M3 with the Light M3 kit, but Wasp M2 is so high rank. Should I go Hornet M1, then Hornet M2 before going for Wasp M1+2 (from M0) ? I use Isida btw, and I don't buy drugs (all I have are those I got from daily gifts).

does this mean the correct answer will be said/shown ? or is the video really just a clue (can't find the answer in it) ?

a player 2 ranks higher replying as if he is talking to a total newbie... I am asking what would be the ideal paint or protection(s) for your "average" tanki battle (I didn't mention rank, so don't even bring that up for consideration) - I read Railgun was the most common gun, Thunder being 2nd most common, so protection against those weapons are always nice, but for an Isida user, protection from which guns should be prioritized when picking a paint ? since you said "a good paint against Isida would be Alien", are you trying to say that Isida users should prioritize protection from Isida ?
