i am still recovering from christmas overplay :D, and just completing the mission. today i played a 100 point poly cp seriously after long time. it was going well, like 25-10 we-them. then, as usual, players started camping. clearly they were mults. so we went from 30-10 to 10-60! and then 5 player left, as preplanned i guess. so i was just completing the game and cursing people, in my mind ofc :D. then the score got to 5-98. but i noticed we have a few new players and the score changed and got fixed at 93. i was suspicious. then i saw it was changing and it became like 13-89. i got interested. and the most unthinkable thing happened. we won 100-80. from 5-98. the opposition was furious. they played hard, to no avail! hands down, the best match ever in tanki! i got never this much excited! :D 3 golds fell, but i did not even try to get them!

8th new year gold :D also got the new year package :D @liver: thanks! @lukey: i have rico 3.5. but, not sure why, it seems really underpowered recently i used to have a lot of fun with it, but not anymore. twins and fire with alt, the 2 noobest turrets in tanki has become all powerful in poly. but considering the range of both and general effectiveness of smoky in all sorts of maps, after the long range crit update, i think i will m4 smoky. it is not perfect, but will do the job, i think about hulls i think that as we can add paint to it, they should come later on mu priority list. what do you think? m4 titan without paint seems really weak in front of twins m3.5 :) Gold box # 205

unless you want to play the same type of games with more powerful tanks, i would suggest may be get wasp and rail and try xp/bps? they are REALLY fun. opens up a new format of playing and the secret is poly cp xp/bps are the place to be for quick exp, crys and golds. :)

if you can afford 100k alteration, which will be 50k during sales, FIRE IS TOO GOOD EVEN AT VANILLA M3. If you don't have the alteration it is crap. both titan and mammoth are good, i prefer titan for its speed.

You are too experienced to be advised. :P still, from my experience of a couple of m3.5 s, I think Titan M4 is a must. It goes well with so many turrets! Vulcan is high maintenance. It needs appropriate paints. If you have a fire+ 2 long distance paint (for large maps) and fire, Rico, twins , or similar, for poly like maps then Vulcan is an asset. Otherwise, IMHO, it is a liability. Freeze is good, but limited to short to max poly sized maps. You can play freeze in lost temple, and do good for the team by defending, but the scores you get at the end are so low! It is like curing the whole team with isida to get a pathetic D/l and an award. Unless you drug like crazy. If used one level above, M4 against M3 and like, it is a beast. Otherwise not. So, I would say smoky! Small, med, large-with recent change in critical- it rules every map. Shooting the corner of a tank and deflecting it's aim is the one of the very few pleasers which Tanki offers. It is nerfed, but even after that it has done magic. :) Very personal ping of view though. :)
