I dont think you should be able to transfer or send paints/hulls/turrets/modules etc. But Crystals + Gold Boxes, I like the concept, but it could be abused using alts. Anyway I would like it if it did come out.

We get the point about economics etc but what happens if we purchase from the Russian side but don't actually live in Russia?
