Oh, I suppose your any better by putting words into his mouth huh..? He's being extremely ignorant, as he is trying to argue with what is a solid fact... People will choose a turret that they find to there liking, UNLESS if not everyone is given access to the all the turrets available, the least popular turret is the turret most people dislike. This is a clear indication that the turret is not up to the standards that it should be. The argument that it is a "new weapon" is not acceptable because hammer came out around the same time, and its just as used as smoky or thunder.

These people are ticking me off, I don't see why they find value in disagreeing with everything I say.

I support your hatred towards XP players, and your unusual combination (wasp and vulcan) but people will choose what they find to be the best turret, its different for everyone, but in there opinion it is the best turret. Most people don't find vulcan to be there best turret, so obviously vulcan is not at its prime. I feel like I need to keep repeating myself with you guys... This fact you can not deny, as it is purely factual. A turret that is not used as commonly as others, is not a good turret. (assuming that all tankers have the same access to the turret, also not counting the influence of XP, BP, etc)

1. Twins is way better at this, mostly because it doesn't overheat at all... 2. Its not a good thing when people are pissed off at you, that only encourages them to go out of there way to kill you. I would actually like to enjoy my time playing, not constantly being targeted. There can be a total balance, but with everything do something different and player there part.

EXACTLy it has more downsides than upsides. and the fact that you cant name anything good about vulcan proves it has no advantages. the fact that it has way to long of a spin-up and spin-down time and how slow its rotation speed is when shooting, AND how it does self damage after awhile makes it not really worth getting. There are no advantages to trade off for this. Its a cheaper version of twins, but to make up for how cheap it is they added a few nerfs.

This doesn't answer anything. Lets look at this logically since I seem to have to back to square 1 with you guys... People like good turrets. Good turrets become popular. vulcan is not popular. so there for, logically, its not a good turret. Don't get me wrong, I love vulcan, and I would love to have an advantage that it would give me like all the other turrets.. Thunder has a blast radius, Ricochet can bounce all over the place, but vulcan...? nothing. But since you have declared yourself the expert here, give me an actual advantage that vulcan has over other turrets.

Well im glad you like it but as you said, very few people have vulcan protection paints, why? because no one uses vulcan, why? because vulcan isnt that good compared to other turrets. point proven. even though it is relatively new, hammer came out around the same time, and hammer is just as popular as twins or thunder. but yet vulcan is no where near that even though it came out the same time.

reading some of the comments above this... people think that vulcan is balanced apparently....? So explain why its the least used turret in the game???? With its full reload time, it can barely kill a hornet with its full reload time. To destoy something with more health, vulcan has to go overtime, doing self damage. So you would think there would be a trade off for that sacrifice, but there isnt. Overall, this weapon is like twins except after awhile it gives your tank the burning effect. The only thing that might be considered a trade off is that it has a decent range. Even then however, like smoky and thunder, its damage decreases the farther the target is. I dont see any advantages that this turret has against other turrets. Like the suggestion made in this topic, I agree that vulcan needs a lot of buffs to make it truely balanced again. I dont think that allowing you to continue shooting where you left off would affect gameplay majorly, again, like the topic suggested.
