My main hull is still Dictator M2 :) 35/50 MU Also, I am using Mammoth M2, and I don't have any M3 hull, seriously.. I decided to play from that way from warrant officer ranks and I am pretty much okay. Main problems about Dictator is ---The hull is too big to hide, feels like an ostrich :/ ---The height of the hull gives disadvantage at ramps, especially against viking. ---The front of the tank is very distant from the center of mass(rear mounted) and that creates a weak spot for impact force shaking. ---Slower than most players ---Might have problem about hitting near targets on the side of the hull due height Use the back of the tank to shoot-and-hide, don't come to the targets from top, turn your front to targets if necessary, keep the distance at medium and face players on plain areas, then you will be most likely fine :) Most players have some speed drug stock due little usage, so I guess you have plenty of speed drug to use :) You can check wiki to calculate micro upgrades' cost and make some comparisons. My Dictator M2 with 35 MU is actually stronger than base Viking M3 and costed cheaper( I used many chances which you might not get)

At least it flipped :D Too much change man.. I could not play a year and lost some hand-skills :/ That paint update gives another disadvantage, player base has lost 1/3 of all... A message to railgunners.. Anyway, M4 shaft is still fun :)

It is due last anitu-hack system which prevent hulls by getting flipped by one impact alone. Shaft M2 couldn't flip Wasp M0, tested. :(

How many of the violations get punished (by rate) and how many of the players who get punished continues to do the same violation? Most players complain about violations which don't get punished, not violations which get unsufficient punishment. I guess heavier punishments would not help at all, but further inspection is needed.

Only ones we see are developers, moderators and the community manager; so who players will blame are developers, moderators and the community manager. Think a terrorist attack. The government might have taken every necessary precaution. However, if the explosion happens; people will blame the government; because the government is the only institution which we can request something, and it is the only institution which people can expect something. You cannot critisize terrorists, terrorists are terrorists and do terror. It is exactly like that here. It is very common( perhaps the most common M3) and has too much protectino against it. Pretty OP, but you cannot see a team which half of the members does not have twins protection(on suitable maps) Overall, I don't really recommend if you don't drug or are not good at kill streak. But, if you ask if it is enjoyable or not, I can say it is nice to play :)

This is called "inflation. About every country has that :) I don't know much, but: Central bank products money to give them to other banks, so the total money raises, this balances between other products and the money. Also, the country gets money from foreign countries. Some money comes back to banks, but thee total money on the people raises. So, someone gets richer, and these people be able to spend more money. Then, sellers raise prices to get money, this continues regularly. :) So, every price is getting higher. 13 years ago, 250 gram bread was 0.10₺, now it is 1! :unsure:
