V-Log Test Boxes in Tanki Online: Part 1 We all know that at the end of each V-Log starting from V-Log #26, there is always a test box. What if they were actually in the game? Let's find the main influences in this article. Test Box #1 - Snake: This one was a fail, but for a reason that doesn't make sense. It failed because it hit the camera. With this ability, it might be able to make tanks crawl under another tank, so you can't get hit unless you have a good cone-width turret such as Vulcan. I think this would to be too overpowered. Test Box #2 - Spider: First of all, I don't get why you need to fuse two tanks to get this. We can also ask this: what will happen if only one tank gets this box? Well, probably nothing, or it will turn into a baby spider. This can probably only be used in long-range combat because as you can see from the example, the tank is very high up, higher than a dictator. Text Box #3 - Frog: I thought this was very hilarious. How will this help out with combat? You can only move in one direction. You can fall in a gap, as seen in the video. This might help you, only if you're trying to kill someone sky high or on top of something. Other than that, I don't know how will this will help you at all. Test Box #4 - Ghost: This was the first test box that actually won. It can be very helpful because you can just sneak away with the flag or kill someone by surprise. It might too overpowered though since it will make you invisible. If this existed in Tanki, you might be blocked, but you might be able to see the drugs on the tank or if the tank has a flag or is capturing a point, or a Shaft Scope. Test #5 - Slingshot: This one, I thought it was the funniest one of them all. It blew the Smoky right off the Wasp. This was a total FAIL, and I don't even want to talk about it being in the game. Maybe it's good for challenges such as "Capture a number of flags without killing". Test #6 - Giraffe: It unfortunately was a fail, but I really thoguht it was a win. If that Thunder + Smoky, wasn't so stupid, he wouldn't have destroyed his Wasp M0 self. Like Frog, it can kill tanks that are soaring through the sky, or it can make a short range more effective. Imagine this with a leveled map like Noise or Madness. Test #7 - Phantom: This was another win. This could be effective against an enemy, unless he sees you split up. It'd know which is the real tank. Also, the real tank will always be in the middle, so it'd be easy to identify the real one, unless they make the clones in random spots, not just on the sides. Other than that, It should have the ability to be in the game. Test #8 - Gold/Crab: This by far was the strangest one ever and the first "wat" test box. I laughed when I saw the final tank. Epic Isida handed crab!. This is just like Frog because it probably can move in only one direction. I wondered what the Gold Box part was about. Test #9 - Radar: I don't find this useful to me even though it was a "win" because couldn't you just see a player's name tag (I think it's called a name tag)? Test #10 - Gravity: This was another "win" and it was very hilarious (in my opinion), but this might be considered a "fly hack" to the anti-cheat software because the tanks were floating. I think it's overpowered because you can just easily capture a point or take a flag. I also think it's only useful in Capture the Flag and Control Points. And that's it guys.
