Hello , Cedric .. First of all , Congratulations to you for making this wonderful session and thank you for taking time to interact with us .. I am personally satisfied with things going in TO right now .. except one .. Its about the recruitment system for appointing Helpers .. Particularly about this part .. It says that If the application was not successful , the applicant is not contacted .. Now my question is : 1 ) Why is the contacting system like that ?? Why the applicant is contacted only if he was successful ?? I know that our admins work hard and have a very tight schedule everyday .. An admin like Issho replies really fast .. maybe other admins don't have the time to do so .. but If one is successful and is contacted .. why can't the unsuccessful get the reply ?? I mean that there could be an improvement in the system which indicates the results of an applicant .. whether the applicant is successful or not .. It helps because when we apply for a particular job next time .. we can know our previous defects and rectify it .. Simply leaving may be helpful .. but if the applicant is contacted even if he/she is rejected , it could help them much .. Explaining what was wrong in the application and what could help .. will be more helpful when applying the next time again .. If you can , please look after this issue ..
