Higher discounts and patience will help out in the long run. Wait for cosmonautics, its worth the wait

I dont know why everyone's so surprised about the 30% sales, we have already had 3 continuous 50% sales in jan, feb and march and another 30% sale. Obviously tanki wouldn't give another 50% sales. Disappointed about no Mirco-upgrade sales though :/

As I play island/hill/polygon a lot I was thinking of getting another m3 turret because my garage doesn't have that much of variety right now. People have good protection against isida+twins(rock), twins+rico(lion t-d ), rico+isida(ursa t-h) and there is no very good module with smoky and my current turrets (excluding grizzly t-d). Hence I thought smoky was a great option but as you are saying that rico edges out smoky almost everywhere I am seriously confused as to what to do next. Any solutions?
-
Smoky m4 ftw --> better damage, best with titan in DM, critical rekts people, not many people have smoky protection, very good with drugs Btw, ask you have both fire and smoky, which one would you recommend to get? I already have Isida, twins and rico so getting fire won't be that useful and as you know many people have fire+rico/twins protection so would smoky be better than it?

I've replied to one of your posts before regarding a similar question and I believe I recommended you to get hammer. I still strongly suggest that you go for it and yes, do buy both the alterations with it so that you have no problem using it in med-long ranged maps. Another thing I told you was that you shouldn't worry about having less crystals for the higher ranks, you still have plenty of time till you get there and you can easily get about 2 m3 kits if you play and spend wisely. Looking at your profile I would also recommend you get at least 1 protection module (depending on your need) and MU it to m3, definitely makes a difference. Btw, how many crystals do you currently have right now?
-
Be more specific, tell us what are u planning to buy? And tbh, waiting for a few days may end up saving you a lot of crystals, better be patient and wait for the sales.

Rico's m1 alteration basically makes it one of the best turrets in tanki. Rico has a huge base damage, a good range and the bouncing effect already, the only thing it lacks is effectiveness in long ranged maps, a gap which the m1 alteration closes making Rico a beast for all ranges in tanki. It's extremely effective in all game modes and I've even gotten 1st multiple times in maps like Highways, Brest, serpuhov. Through my personal experience, I have also noticed that the alt boosts rico's impact force which helps me out to counter railguns, shafts and annoy other players. It's not a must-have but it gives Rico an insane boost in utility and is very much recommended.

You clearly didn't read the 1st post, did you?

Hard for players who have work IRL or are very busy but want to keep the chain going on. I used to be very active until recently as my exams have started. I lost my mission chain for the first time in about 6 months as I didn't have enough time to do the harder missions. These missions are easy to do, just find an empty battle and you're good to go. Removing these missions is not a good solution to the multing problem, instead they should increase the rewards of the harder missions and decrease rewards of box collection missions to even it out and punish the mults. Also, next time use I&S section to post your ideas over there for a better discussion.

Nope it isn't https://en.tankiwiki.com/Product_Kits
-
And who told that to you?
-
Not much, the m2 alteration is useful when you're using double damage constantly and when there are a bunch of enemies at one place. Effective in clearing out defenders/flag stealers. But overall its not worth the cost, just like smoky, thunder doesn't need alts. Its worth adding that the alts can be used in parkour but only if ur really into it.
-
Ricochet mostly overpowers smoky in all DM maps except large maps. With double damage, you will be killing hulls faster than they can even do anything about it. Kill stealing is not ricochet's forte although due to the high damage I usually get lucky with 9-10 kill steals in battles which are good enough. Ricochet doesn't always need a straight line of sight, you can use its bouncing effect is so many ways, even killing enemies you can't see whereas you can effectively evade smoky's shots by using cover against it. A lot of the current battle maps (Industrial Zone, Year 2042, Red alert, Barda, future, highways etc.) rico is better than smoky even when there are plenty of camping spots for smoky to use just because rico's bouncing effect and alt trump smoky's peek-a-boo tactics. Rico is overall better than smoky but sucks in large maps with no walls wherein smoky beats it by a mile. That's why I'm going for smoky as my next turret :)
-
M3 turrets already? Aren't you planning too ahead? Better focus on current situation rather than a very distant future. I would go for ricochet as I have had huge success with it and it is very good for parkour too. Thunder has a lot of protections against it and you hardly ever see a thunder placing first in a team game in the high ranks anymore. As for smoky, it is ineffective in short ranged maps so rico ftw.

Wow, great initiative. Why so many rename pass requests though, there are better things you could ask for.
-
Exactly, I thought they will atleast let us select the maps we want to play on instead of server choosing it for us but MM did the complete opposite. No freedom for players now :( Btw rip playing with my friends as private battles dont give crap anymore
-
Now this explains the huge amount of discounts we previously got. Keep the player's mouth shut by feeding them with discounts. Not gonna work.

In some maps like alex it is hard to hit enemies but then you need to know when you can hit your enemies and when you cant. If you cant hit them then you should go look for other angles/places to hit your enemies. Another thing is that both smoky and thunder aren't good when you are aiming for people higher than you so you must always try to be at a higher elevation than your enemies. Every hull has its weaknesses and you must try to adapt your playstyle towards it. I don't have a problem aiming for people high up with my rico and if I know I cant reach them then I go find another place to shoot them. If you are not convinced and want to compare both the turrets then go play on test server or ask a friend to help you.

Neither atlas nor glaze require alts for their respective turrets to be good, especially not atlas. I would consider hammer alterations to be a bonus rather than being a must-have. And as for smoky, the alterations don't do much for it at all. I was thinking of buying smoky on this account so I played a lot with smoky on my friend's account to test it out and I realised that the alteration that does extra damage for the cost of reloading is bad unless you use it for dm/tdm to kill stealing and you become powerless against short-mid ranged turrets, high fire turrets. Smoky is fine as it is and doesn't require any alts to be good. The height factor isn't a big problem, Viking can be rocked a bit to attain most heights to hit your enemies and its better overall for all other types of game modes.

Better add servers to south asian/east asian countries to bolster the connectivity instead of making completely new language interfaces. People from India/Pakistan/Bangladesh are mostly fluent in English and so it wouldn't make that much of a sense to make a new language community when we all can adjust in the EN community. Though, servers are necessary at lag is high in these areas.
-
People do it all the time and its the best possible theory to that answer your question about that profile, if not then maybe hacks. And yes, you are allowed to do that.

Most likely he and his friends played a 999 kills/flags/Cp private, pro battle and made him join after they reached the desired fund then all except him proceeded to leave the battle, autofinish kicked in and there you have it, tons of fund for seemingly no work at all. They must've done this multiple times this week. There is already a recent topic about this in the game discussion section.
-
Save up for a kit, all your requirements will be fulfilled. Btw, why are you changing your choice again and again, you had asked a similar question before too and everyone told you either to go for a kit or MU thunder+viking. Stay firm on decisions, being indecisive is bad. Twins, firebird and railgun have the highest protections. In long ranged maps, smoky/thunder protection is somewhat common too but heaviest protection is usually twins.

This one was a bit difficult, there are almost no debates in easy level quizzes Btw I put the hammer question as 3x3 grid spread. I tried shooting on a wall with a bit of distance and the spread did not exceed 3m X 3m so I really dont know which is right. Btw, anyone got any other references for this question apart from kevred's guide?
