To counter that you would have to: 1) You could die in the garage prop (duh). 2) You could not shoot other tanks, or bring flags into the garage prop while you are in it (I prefer the first option more because I have a feeling players would just camp in the garage if it makes them invincible). No. MUing Firebird from 6/10 to 10/10 will cost you about 315k (with speed-ups). And that price is after the sale too. So, the best option for you is to just save.

Still Paladin.

Redneck. Because of the new balance changes, Hunter now has better mobility and weight, meaning more balance (easier to aim and not get your shot knocked off). The module is a great choice for small maps too. If you don't like Hunter though, get Maestro. Dictator's height and agility (despite it's size) works well with Ricohet, and it also has a decent weight. The module is great too, perfect for large maps.

Paladin. Smoky is more versatile and more fun to use. I chose Smoky M4 over Thunder M4, and I have no regrets. Smoky is awesome :) (also the module in Paladin is pretty good, perfect for small maps).

Wait a few more ranks for a full M2 kit, such as Boar or Juggler.

If you have 430k, with 50% sale, yes :).

Depends on how well you play and if you have a good crystal to experience ratio. You should earn at least 300k playing decently.

Simoom. Vulcan is not particularly versatile, also, Thunder is a better M2.I would buy a different kit though. Juggler is a very good option, similar unlock rank, Hunter M2 is much better than Dictator M2, and with a few MUs (15 will work), will last you until M3 ranks.

Depends if you buy crystals or not. The most logical thing to do is to put a few MUs into your favorite combination, and then save until M3 ranks. However, if you do not follow this path, get Titan as it is a fantastic M2 hull, much better than Mammoth at that level. Buy Smoky instead of Thunder, Thunder is too weak of an M2 and it gets useless quickly without MUs. Railgun is also another good option, it opens up XP/BP for you early (XP/BP is a great way of having a high experience to crystal ratio without using supplies).

Firebird M2. You have an M2 light hull (Hornet) and M2 medium hull (Dictator), and your weapons are also medium to long range (Thunder and Railgun). A powerful, close range turret would be an excellent addition to your garage; Viking, on the other hand, would not be as useful given you already have Dictator (which with a few MUs will be able to last you to M3 ranks).

It is still my favorite turret. M4, especially with the minus field stabilization alteration (range), is ridiculously good.

Check your game settings. It might be your keybinds, or inverse controls controls turning backword is switched on. You coult also try putting all of your game settings back to thier defaults, by pressing the "restore default settings" button.

Everyone has been freaking out about the changes in the difference between M3 and M4, however the updates have not affected gameplay drastically. It is still worth your crystals to invest in MUs. For modules, investing a little in Nano is a good idea, as there is no Triple Module with Ricochet, Hammer, and Smoky protection. MUs on Titan would also be a good idea, 30/50 should give you a decent enough advantage without over-spending. The Plasma Core Accelerator alteration for Twins is another good purchase, just make sure you have the Stable Plasma one too. Railgun's alteration is excellent; it can one-shot a Viking of the same modification with double power. As you probably know, Firebird's Compact Tanks alteration is amazing for no supply battles. So, long story short, everything you suggested are good purchases. Here is the order that I would prioritize each in: 1. Firebird Compact Tanks. 2. Titan to at least 30/50. 3. Railgun High-Caliber Ammunition. 4. Nano LGC MUs to at least 7/15. 5. Twins Plasma Core Accelerators/Stable Plasma. I don't know if you like Striker, but that would be an excellent addition to your garage for Polygon CPs.
