Tanki X is a total mess with so few players there are long times during the day with no battles at all. The more you rank the fewer the players until you get to a point where battles are empty and the battle list was showing 0 players. I think the purpose of matchmaking was to cover that up.

Just wait until this becomes permanent then you get labeled as a Deserter because your internet lost connection, the game crashed, you were randomly kicked out of battle, etc. The scary part is there are tankers who believe players in a 10-4 battle on the losing team that quit should also forfeit crystals AND be penalized 5 minutes from taking part in another battle.

Semyon did that too when a similarly poor update came out.

That's how it always turns out. That's also why they removed the dislike button from here several years ago because the dislikes were quite overwhelming compared to likes. Over at the Tanki X forums your posts get deleted and account gets banned if you dislike the updates. The admins and helpers there are very hostile towards players who don't pour praise on all the updates.

Imagine going to a mall or food court because you're hungry and suddenly you no longer get to choose what food you eat or where you get to sit. Would you keep going to that place to eat or go find somewhere else where you get to choose?

The addition of matchmaking to Tanki X has completely ruined that game to where it is unplayable now. An already small player base has just gotten smaller because of the frustration over no longer being able to choose which battles you want to join. Joining any match of your choosing in the battle list has always been one of the best aspects of Tanki and if it is taken away expect the game to really stumble even further as players leave for other games. Everyone must oppose matchmaking if you really enjoy this game. Otherwise be prepared to spend eternity joining and quitting and joining and quitting matches just to play the maps you used to play.

Horrible map, stingy sale, golds falling 1 time per 20 minutes with 15 players. All tricks and no treats. What a total embarrassment. What is Christmas going to be? A sack of coal and a 2.5% sale? Thank God I'm done with this nonsense.

Not impressed. Pathetic compared to last year. Well, it's been a year and it's time to quit - once I use my remaining supplies and crystals I'll never look back - the game is so much worse than when I started. The people fawning over this are just like the little kids wetting their pants when Dinnerbone adds a new block to MC.

Wrong. Credit card merchant agreements would be enforced in such a case and the charge would be reversed if within 30 days the company changed the terms of sale. A company cannot accept credit card payments and then change the terms of sale once the money is received.

Actually if paid with a credit card the charge would be reversed. It would be no risk if such a thing happened. Been there, done that. Always pay with a credit card - then you don't have to worry about it (in the case of US law because the Tanki headquarters are more than 50 miles away from the billing address it would not be an issue to get a refund). If I bought crystals today and Tanki nerfs anything tomorrow I have the same rights.

I've been experiencing massive freezes and hangups with entering rounds, garage, and trying to access battle lists since the update went live. Complete lockup - sometimes bad enough it causes me to have to force quit Flash and restart Firefox or IE.

How in the world does this make any sense? It's impossible that my alt could be ranked higher than my main account with regards to XP and crystals earned in the past few hours.

The stats are horribly flawed. I went from 50 hours' of use on Hunter down to 18 just now and there's no way in hell I have used almost 400-500 of each supply. It's almost as if the script is pulling random numbers from multiple accounts. (The 50 hour time frame is largely correct - not 18 hours). The sum total of all hours spent using paints, hulls, and turrets don't even add up properly. Neither do the times spent playing each game type. Take the numbers with a big grain of salt - yet another screwed up update.

Is this problem EVER going to be fixed, or, are more useless updates more important????

The amount of crystals earned along with garage information puts people at risk for hackers. These things have nothing to do with statistics that could be made public without any fears. Kills, hours played, favorite turret, favorite map - fine. But anything that could give a hacker some reason to spend more time hacking your account should not be made public by default.

The author of this article slams sales and discusses how they ruin the economy, but, when he got offered a personal discount he took it right away: How dare we buy anything on sale, but, here's someone who gets crystals direct from Tanki and then turns around and buys something on sale! You just can't make this up. Can you spell hypocrisy?
