Most of the V-log episodes in EN and RU are similar to each other since they were released at the same time with the only difference being the "Language", but since this Contest is running in the EN (International) community, it's best to find answers from EN related source (here, EN Tanki V-logs).

Since it's the latest v-log and the winners are not yet announced, I'm not sure if I can really tell you about it, but I guess I can at least explain the concept to you. I think it's a really simple Maths, all you have to add to is to find the HP of the Juggernaut & the Damage One (1) Mine can deal & divide them to find the number of Mines.
