Yes i have been trying to get an answer from them regarding account transfer since may 2015 , back in late 2014 early 2015 they assured us that they will transfer our accounts with unity so i bought stuff with that assumption in mind paying for the current TO And pre-ordering tanki unity , if i knew back then that they were not going to transfer my account i wouldn't have invested a cent In this game and i think most people would have done the same. so if they don't transfer our accounts then they basically defrauded everyone who invested in this game with the assumption of account transfer to tanki unity. maybe we will have to Contact a consumer protection agency when time comes.
